Day 1 Sahastradhara to Kedarnath

Sahastradhara to Kedarnath Ji

Passengers to report at Sahastradhara Helidrome at the time fixed with them on the previous evening. In case flight is getting delayed due to NOTAM/delayed clearances/bad weather etc., we shall convey to the passengers in advance, so that they may report according to the delayed timings at the Helidrome.

Sersi � The shuttle service to Kedarnath ji is operated from sersi helipad. Passengers will be ferried to Kedarnath Dham for darshan in a shuttle services flight as per govt. regulations. After being ferried to Kedarnath ji, passengers will be allowed maximum 03 hours for the darshan. Once the darshan is done, we will bring down passengers to Sersi.

Kedarnath to Badrinath

Passengers will have breakfast by 0800 hrs at Sersi & be ready for their flight to Badrinath by 1030 hrs. On arrival at Badrinath helipad, our staff will take the passengers for hotel check-in. Passengers will be taken for darshan to Badrinath temple in the afternoon after lunch. Approximate time taken for Badrinath Temple Darshan: Approx. 01-1.5 Hrs is taken to have darshan at the Badrinath Temple. Passengers will be taken from hotel to the temple by car. Sightseeing at Badrinath: Mana Village � Known as the �Last village of India�, due to its proximity to the China border.

Evening Aarti at Badrinath Temple � Swaran/Chandi Aarti (on additional payment basis directly at Badrinath). After darshan, passengers will be brought back to hotel for their night halt at Badrinath.

Badrinath to Sehastradhara

Passengers will have breakfast by 0800 hrs & be ready for their flight to Sahastradhara Helidrome by 1100 hrs. Estimated time of arrival will be 1200 hrs at Sahastradhara. On arrival, our team will be present to receive the passengers. This will conclude the Dodham Heli tour.

TOUR COST INCLUDES

• Cost of travelling by Helicopter for both sectors.
• Accommodation at Sersi/Sitapur and Badrinath on twin sharing basis.

•  Only 5 Kg baggage per passenger will be permitted. Travel bags carried must be without wheels.
•  Overweight charges are applicable @ INR 2,000/kg. This will be chargeable to passengers weighing above 75 kg. But excess          weight will only   be   calculated on the total excess weight above the total permissible weight of all the group members combined,    i.e., permissible weight = 75   Kg x   (No. of pax). Any discrepancy found in the weights of the passengers, which will be chargeable as   per the overweight criteria, the same   would   be  collected prior to boarding of flights.
•  Single room supplement @140000/- will be applicable on passengers travelling alone.
•  Passengers must carry woolen clothes along with them.
•  Maximum 6 people are allowed to travel at once subject to load and weather conditions.
•  All passengers must carry their valid identity proofs, medical insurance and personal insurance documents with them.
•  All passengers must carry their medication (if any) with themselves during their trip.
